You tell your kids not to talk to strangers on a daily basis, but do they know how to spot a stranger?

In this social experiment, parents are asked what their kids would do if approached by a stranger. Most parents believed their kids would either not speak to the stranger or run back to them. To test this theory the man approaches the parent’s child with a puppy to see how they would react. Each child is confronted by the stranger with the puppy and is immediately captivated by the furry friend and agrees to go with the man to see more.

What Parents Need to Do

It is important for parents to let their children know the severity of talking or going anywhere with people they don’t know, even if they have something to offer them. Child abduction can happen to anyone and anywhere so it’s important to educate your children about identifying a stranger and what to do when approached by one.
