SOS Safety Magazine and Virgin Radio Edmonton are pleased to be hosting the 7th annual Youth Day Edmonton on Saturday, August 12, 2017.

Youth Day Edmonton was created to empower youth through a celebration of their infinite potential to change the world for the better.

The event is also held to showcase caring businesses and social organizations that help uplift youth through education and support services.

“We want families and kids in the city to know that if they’re in need of a social organization or if they have questions and need answers, that these organizations and people are here to help them with that,” said Ted Halabi, CEO of SOS Safety Magazine.

Youth Day Edmonton is FREE for all-ages and includes games, bouncy castles, free food and drink, face painting, a live DJ, special guest appearances, prizes, hayrides and more!

This year, we are proud to host the Aga Khan Foundation Canada and its mobile exhibition, Together. This exhibition on global development is an innovative, interactive and multi-sensory experience designed to spark conversations about the role that Canadians can play in reducing global poverty. This unique, mobile exhibition is housed in a 53-foot, custom vehicle.

Let’s EMPOWER the youth of today at #YouthDayYEG #AllForChange #AgaKhan
